Rosie enjoyed 15 years’ at a leading information and data centre for the plastics, rubber, print, paper and pulp industries, followed by almost a decade working in SHEQ and ESG programs. Rosie is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 14064 auditor, and helps to identify any gaps in Nero's carbon assessments.

Serena brings 20 years of organisational experience to Nero, having worked in marketing and events management in a wide range of sectors. Serena is responsible for ensuring Nero's clients are onboarded smoothly, as well as looking after contracts, invoicing and diaries.
